It was surprisingly good! Yun and I shared fafalel as an appetizer which was interesting. I ordered a Jordanian dish for my main course: Oozie (rice, onions, pine nuts, beef, and a side of laban). It was great!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/guys-versus-girls.jpg\" title=\"guys-versus-girls.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/guys-versus-girls.jpg\" alt=\"guys-versus-girls.jpg\" height=\"208\" width=\"311\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jeff and Beth came over later this evening for some cards. We played a game called &#8220;Hand and Foot&#8221; (see instructions <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pagat.com\/rummy\/handfoot.html\">here<\/a>) which they tell us is something like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pagat.com\/rummy\/canasta.html\">Canasta.<\/a> It was a lot of fun and naturally the guys decimated the girls!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/slaughter-2008.jpg\" title=\"slaughter-2008.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/slaughter-2008.jpg\" alt=\"slaughter-2008.jpg\" height=\"301\" width=\"350\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yunuen and I met up with Dave and Vivi this afternoon to eat at the Shishkebab House for some Mediterranean\/Middle Eastern food.
