This has to be my favorite meal (I know I say that about many things).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140426_175119.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-3852\" src=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140426_175119.jpg\" alt=\"20140426_175119\" width=\"343\" height=\"257\" srcset=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140426_175119.jpg 720w, http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140426_175119-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 343px) 100vw, 343px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>My responsibility is to make the potatoes. I always make them to perfection (despite claims to the contrary). It&#8217;s true, I made them a little spicy this time. But spicy is so good!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140426_181910.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-3853\" src=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140426_181910.jpg\" alt=\"20140426_181910\" width=\"274\" height=\"365\" srcset=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140426_181910.jpg 720w, http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140426_181910-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 274px) 100vw, 274px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Matt&#8217;s responsibility is the steaks. He had some challenges at our house. 1] our grill is charcoal, not gas which is what he is used to, and 2] a meat thermometer that wasn&#8217;t working. Nonetheless, the meat was spectacular. We went with the ribeye from Taste (tah-stay). Taste is a butcher shop that we frequent which is near our house. I love the place.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140426_185009.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-3854\" src=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140426_185009.jpg\" alt=\"20140426_185009\" width=\"319\" height=\"239\" srcset=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140426_185009.jpg 720w, http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140426_185009-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 319px) 100vw, 319px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The only problem with this tradition that I struggle with is <em>restraint<\/em>.
