The restaurant was actually someone&#8217;s carport converted into a place to eat. Not exactly impressive, but the place was pretty busy and stayed busy the entire time we were there.<\/p>\n<p>The food was not exactly my favorite. Other than the soups, the food was all fried. Things like tostados, chimichangas, etc. It was a bit inconsistent to starting my day with a beet smoothie.<\/p>\n<p>Juan is an interesting guy. He keeps really busy with his company that sells and distributes Mexican-style drinks. Jamaica, Horchata, etc. He sells roughly 1000 bottles a day. I always love talking about business ideas.
