Because there were more of us than usual, we were able to find an affordable palace right on the beach. The place was magnifico. Matt brought some gargantuan fillets that were perhaps his best work yet. We had lots of wine and cigars for accompaniment.<\/p>\n<p>This is probably the best time of year to be on the beach in Northern Mexico. The temperature is still pretty high, but much more tolerable than just a few months past. It&#8217;s quite possible this was his last trip to the beach.
