The new travel trailer is an enormous upgrade over a pop-up camper. Sadly, we put so much time and effort into the pop-up camper and now have no use for it. Hopefully we can find a good home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The trailer has a nice bathroom which makes most of the difference and that includes a comfortable shower. Large water tanks make shower time and kitchen sink time very nice. The unit has solar on the roof but it wasn&#8217;t charging during the day and I couldn&#8217;t figure out why not. Fortunately the back of the truck has a 400 watt plug that I can use as a generator so running out of electricity was not an issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am hopeful we will get to use this a lot more in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"461\" src=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/20250209_1310598309684572559060771-1024x461.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7663\" srcset=\"http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/20250209_1310598309684572559060771-1024x461.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/20250209_1310598309684572559060771-300x135.jpg 300w, http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/20250209_1310598309684572559060771-768x346.jpg 768w, http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/20250209_1310598309684572559060771-1536x692.jpg 1536w, http:\/\/muchachopolaco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/20250209_1310598309684572559060771.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite concerns, the Tacoma polls the trailer comfortably. I had an anti-sway bar installed and upgraded the trailer hitch.
