Muchacho Polaco

This is a picture from last Friday. 

We had our friends Sergio and Nadia over for dinner last night.Yun made a spectacular squash soup. Normally I don’t like squash, in any form. But the soup she made was truly spectacular. And the perfect compliment for that soup was the loaf of bread seen in the photo above.

It’s rather quite hot today. Much hotter outside than it is in the house. For this reason I’m sitting outside reading and preparing for a study this evening. If I’m outside, the dogs want to be outside. This is a rare occurrence for Tila. 

 We went out to dinner tonight with our friends and neighbors David and Ari. They live in the house next door to us. We decided on a new restaurant in town that turned out to be pretty good, but with some strange combinations.

Last night we stopped at smaĺl micro brewery in town to visit our friend Sergio that works there. We enjoyed a sample of everything that they offered and also got a tour of the brewery that was very interesting. Along with a Jenga tournament, we had a great night.

Asael and Lupita came over for dinner a couple nights ago. We made pasta which took hours but was fun to make.

We went to Holy Cow a couple nights ago. This is one of the only places in town to get a great hamburger. Strangely they added an option to their menu of a hamburger with cheese and bacon and two Krispy Kreme donuts for the buns. I thought the idea sounded really repulsive. But the waiter told me they’re actually quite popular.

A week ago, I arrived home found my Jeep leaking gas on the ground. Probably not a good thing to use it with a gas leak, so today I had it towed to a mechanic. I’m hoping it’s just a gas line that needs to be replaced nothing substantial. Also the muffler has a hole now and sounds absolutely horrible. My hope is to get that replaced today as well.

You can see in the photos my LED lights have almost entirely all been stolen. In part that’s because they were mounted in a way that made them incredibly easy to steal, so when I replace them I will make sure that will not happen again.

Last Friday we travelled to San Carlos for the day to celebrate Abraham’s 36th birthday. This is such a pleasant time of the year as the temperature is in the seventies and eighties. We had lunch at Bonifacio’s on the beach. The location was great, but we were reminded once again why we never eat here. The prices are ridiculous and the food is mediocre at best.

I hit 1000 pages daily for the very first time. That’s worth nearly $1.00 per day in recenue. So with 100 times more videos, that might be worth something.
