Lunch today is at El Burro where I am having the legendary burro carne asada. This is a place just down the street from our house in Hermosillo. For 50 pesos each, it should have been better and bigger. I doubt we will come here again. That pepper was hot.
We have interviews today. We want another person on the weekends and another person through the week.
I took a 4 hour nap today which was much needed. I love the nap.
We went out for dinner at a place near our house called Steaks del Herradero. The food was pretty incredible. Much better than La Siesta last weekend. The service was pretty good by Mexican standards. I had LA Cetto cab. with dinner. It was enjoyable.
