We’ve been working at the pharmacy until 11pm for a few weeks now (outside of the trip to Guaymas). It was a great day, but it gets a little tiring. Too tiring to come home and cook, so we eat out quite a lot. Often, we eat at Burros del Gordo, a place up the street. I’m a little tired of tacos, so I have shifted to potatoes loaded with cheese and meat. So good.
