We had Gab, Alejandra, and Beto over for carne asada last night. As always, so good. But as always, I ate far too much. I’m not sure I’ll ever learn. I am eating way too much red meat here. I love it, but my body seems to have a problem with the level I am consuming. Yesterday I started jogging in the morning. It felt great. But today I was too tired. Perhaps I can make up for it tonight. Exercise isn’t much fun.
