reno updates

The progress continues.

The floors progress. It is no small thing. It has been going well. But I want it over.

I am a becoming competent with the cuts. They are at times a challenge. This was the coat closet that holds the central alarm system.

The fireplace was painted tonight. Yun did a great job. Just the primer is an improvement. We will remove the slate tile and bring us into the 21st century.

I am in Mesa tomorrow and Yun will do second coat of primer/seal on the fireplace brick. On Thursday I hope to continue with floors as fireplace will be done where it meets the floor.
