Matt came over today to celebrate my securities license success. So good.

We celebrated Persian New Year’s today at Elias and Ali’s. So much exotic food.

Matt and Dana joined us for dinner at Jesus and Crystal’s place. Great dinner and fun to catch up after many years.
Jesus has an arsenal. Matt is holding his 50 cal in the photo above.

Finally my friend Jesus was able to make it out to change my main electrical panel along with a list of other things.
First TEP had to come out and disconnect the electricity. They disconnected on the roof. The panel being removed is the original.

They are going to add a new timer for the pool at the same time, along with a kit I bought that measures the electrical usage overall and by circuit through a wifi connection. It should be helpful to know how much the pool consumes with the single speed pump, along with multiple a/c units, one of which is older.

Our dogs were filthy from the construction debris. We found a place to take them where for $15 we could wash them. It seems pricey, but so much nicer than doing it at home.

It was so good to finish the floors last week. It seems like that job took forever. But after 2 months, we finally got it done

Last meal on Elm. It was a nice location, not a big fan of the house.

We moved everything a week earlier than planned. Total chaos. I could not figure out how to get the hot water heater on last night but was successful this morning. Turns out there were mineral deposits on the pilot light that was preventing it from getting started.

The kitchen floors were such a mess I needed to level them. Of course I’ve never done that before and watching YouTube tutorials didn’t give me enough confidence to do it myself. Turns out, I could have done myself, but instead I employed someone to come out and do it for me.

And the other victory yesterday was the removal of the rest of the soffit and the arch in the pantry.
Now I just need to figure out where those wires are going to go.
Matt and Dana found a really nice house for sale not far from our new home. Last Sunday they completed their move.
