Last night we went out to dinner with Juan and his wife Gabby to a little “restaurant” for some good fried food. The restaurant was actually someone’s carport converted into a place to eat. Not exactly impressive, but the place was pretty busy and stayed busy the entire time we were there.
The food was not exactly my favorite. Other than the soups, the food was all fried. Things like tostados, chimichangas, etc. It was a bit inconsistent to starting my day with a beet smoothie.
Juan is an interesting guy. He keeps really busy with his company that sells and distributes Mexican-style drinks. Jamaica, Horchata, etc. He sells roughly 1000 bottles a day. I always love talking about business ideas. These two are both really hard workers.
