Very exciting discovery last night at the grocery store. I found some Sapporo Ichiban noodles! I’ve always been a fan of ramen noodles since my college days, but my love for Sapporo Ichiban began many years earlier in Vancouver. It’s a brand of noodle that is generally difficult to find where I’ve lived, so when I come across, I buy a lot.
