I have recently rediscovered an enormous cookbook we obtained many years ago. I have no idea where we got it from. But the recipes within are amazing. So we’ve started (well, I pick them, and Yun makes them) making our way through the book.
We had the beef noodle soup last night for dinner and the left overs today for lunch. It was great. I think I liked it so much in part due to it being a meal that is outside of what we normally eat.
